In this post I will discuss a very interesting called antioxidant: Astaxanthin.
Astaxanthin is a carotenoid naturally present in living organisms of the aquatic type, which gives them a reddish-pink, a typical example of salmon or shellfish.
Astaxanthin has different characteristics than other carotenoids:
- is able to bind securely and ordered to cell membranes protecting them from oxidation and therefore aging
- can reach the nervous system Central and therefore protects the brain from aging while maintaining its Fuzion longer time
- is able to exert its anti aging effects on the retina eye, protect the eyes and vision.
My advice then is to take supplements of astaxanthin from natural sources , since the bioavailability and absorption capacity of this formadi part of our body is much higher than that of chemical derivatives.
